Sheffco repair services are available as either a standard repair as a Repair by Exchange (RBE). Some products offer both of these options. A RBE means rather than repairing your current product, you return it to us in exchange for another one. The replacement will be to full specification, packaged with any required accessories and carry a six-month warranty.
Sheffco products in warranty will be exchanged free of charge. Customer damaged products and those no longer under warranty will be exchanged under the RBE program or will be handled as a standard repair. A standard repair carries a 90-day warranty.
